Opportunities From: FRCS Parent Partnership Program (P3)

Hello!  We need your help with painting and decorating the set for the Fall Play.  This year we are presenting "The Play That Goes Wrong". 

Kiki is leading the charge, but needs your help!

Work will generally occur on Saturday's from 8AM - 3PM, come for all or part of the day!  

Once you sign up, our set build lead - Mr. O'Melia will reach out to you with a schedule of which Saturdays they will be painting on.

As the Head of Committee you would: Help plan food for the cast/directors during the week of tech rehearsals and during performances.  Coordinate with volunteers to help serve and clean up after meals/snacks. Help communicate needs for for donations of food/snacks.  You would be planning food/snacks for about 25 people.

Snacks are provided during Intermission on the following dates:

Help great guests, scan and sell tickets.

Help hand out programs and show guests to their seats.

Our Head of Committee will be there to help and show you what to do!

Help sell concessions during the fall play performance of "The Play That Goes Wrong"

Come at 5:30 pm to help set up, sell concessions as guests arrive and during Intermission, help clean up after intermission.

Help set up, sell and clean up Candy Grams for the fall play!

What are Candy Grams?  Glad you asked!

Guests purchase candy for their favorite cast members.  They fill out a note of encouragement to attach to the candy that will be given to that cast member!

You would help set up, sell before the show and during intermission, help clean up after intermission.

Help the Head of Committee to prepare, serve and clean up meals/snacks for the cast and crew of the fall play, "The Play That Goes Wrong". Please select the days/times that you can help.

The times on the slots that you can select to volunteer are aproximat and may be updated as we draw closer to those rehearsal/performance dates.

Sign up to help make our cast look amazing for their performances in "The Play That Goes Wrong".  

Raquel Valerio is leading our volunteers for our hair team.  She has a plan for each character.  Whether you are gifted in creating specific hairstyles or if you are willing to come in and curl hair, we would love to have you.
