Event begins: 5:00 PM Set-Up Volunteers: Arrive at 2:00 PM Serving Volunteers: Assist with supper service during the event - Arrive by 4:00 PM Clean-Up Volunteers: Clean-up typically takes 2 hours or less following the event - Arrive by 8:30 PM As a thank-you, all volunteers will receive a free ticket to the gala, including dinner, and will be able to enjoy the entertainment and program while serving.
