Dan and Trina Leewaye are leading our volunteers for our make-up team. They have a plan for each character.  Whether you are gifted in creating specific character looks or if you are willing to come and do basic make-up, we need you! 

If you are signing up you would be committing to (you may not need to stay the whole time, Dan will let you know!

"Super Saturday" Dress Rehearsal:  4/18 - 12:30 - 7:00

Performance:  4/23 - 3:30 - 10:00 

Performance:  4/24 - 3:30 - 10:00

Matinee Performance:  4/25 9:30 - 4:00 (through 3:00 if needed throughout the show)

Evening Performance:  4/25 5:00 - 10:00  for touch ups (through 9:00 if needed throughout the show)

Help the Head of Committee to prepare, serve and clean up meals/snacks for the cast and crew of the Spring Musical, "Mary Poppins". Please select the days/times that you can help.

Snacks are provided during Intermission on the following dates:

Every month our staff gathers to meet and we are looking for volunteers to help sweeten the meeting with some snacks and beverages. 

Ideas include:

You may log 1 hour for every $10 spent on donated items. No need to submit a receipt, we follow the honor system.

Please mark items as "P3" and deliver to Candice Vigil in FRCS Admin located at 6657 W. Ottawa Avenue, Suite A-17, Littleton, CO 80128. Please deliver items during school days between 8am-3pm.

The volunteers that come in on Saturdays to help build and paint the set for the musical work hard!  As a way to thank them and help nourish them, we look for volunteers to prepare a lunch for them.  There are typically 5 - 10 volunteers that we provide lunch for. 

If you sign up in this area, please bring lunch to the Commons at the Jr/Sr High to have it ready for them to eat at noon.

Earn 1 P3 hour per $10 spent and log hours for time prepping the food and delivering it.

After you sign up we will provide a schedule showing the dates that the build crew will be working.  You can select the day(s) that you would like to provide a lunch!

Help the Elementary Leader supervise the Elementary Cast during dress rehearsals and performances for Mary Poppins!

Janet Willcox is leading our volunteers for our costuming team alongside Jill Folk and Naomi Gonzales. She has a plan for each character.  If you volunteer for costuming you will help Janet find costumes in the catwalk and shop local thrift stores.  You may help: measure cast members, cast fittings, label, steam and hang costumes.  You will help during Super Saturday, tech rehearsals and performances.  Janet will create a schedule so that volunteers can watch performances as well.

Work with the Head of Committee to:

Learn what props are needed, help locate props (utilizing what we have in the catwalk first),  shop local thrift stores, and help make props.

Help organize props before rehearsals and performances. Make repairs to pieces that might get damaged during performance. Help put props away after the last show.

Thank you for considering volunteering your time with Holy Grounds, in the Jr. High Concessions! 

This opportunity will be located in the Jr/Sr Highschool in the Commons area.  Tasks will include running the cash register, serving food and drink (no food or drink making, just serving!), stocking product, and light cleaning.  We will need two volunteers every school day, so if you have a friend that you think might be interested in serving with you, please send them this way or sign up as a team!

You Matter Gala – Basket-Making Volunteer Opportunity

We are inviting creative volunteers to help with basket making for the You Matter Gala Silent Auction. These baskets are a highlight of the auction and play an important role in supporting the success of the evening.

Basket-Making Volunteers will assist with:

Designing and assembling themed gift baskets

Wrapping, arranging, and preparing baskets for display

Helping turn donated items into beautiful, cohesive auction packages

This opportunity is perfect for those who enjoy creativity, organizing, and making things look special. Basket assembly will take place ahead of the event and may be done in small groups or individually, depending on availability.

Your creativity helps elevate the auction experience and directly supports the mission of the You Matter Gala. If you love hands-on projects and adding thoughtful touches, we would love to have you be part of this team.

You Matter Gala – Volunteer Opportunity
April 11 | Evergreen Lakehouse

The You Matter Gala is a meaningful evening celebrating community, purpose, and impact, and we are looking for volunteers to help make this special night possible.

We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with event set-up, dinner service, and clean-up. This is a great opportunity to serve behind the scenes while still being part of a beautiful and encouraging evening.  I have added times in this section so you know which shift you will be signing up for. 

Event begins: 5:00 PM

Set-Up Volunteers: Arrive at 2:00 PM

Serving Volunteers: Assist with supper service during the event - Arrive by 4:00 PM 

Clean-Up Volunteers: Clean-up typically takes 2 hours or less following the event - Arrive by 8:30 PM

As a thank-you, all volunteers will receive a free ticket to the gala, including dinner, and will be able to enjoy the entertainment and program while serving.

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to be involved and support the heart of the You Matter Gala, we would love to have you join the team.

Work together with the homeroom teachers to support classroom events such as celebrations, bulletin boards, and other special projects—including milestone moments like 6th Grade Continuation. Room parents won’t do this alone—this is a team effort! Parents are encouraged to partner with one another, recruit additional family volunteers, and share responsibilities to make each event meaningful and fun. Serving in this way is a great opportunity to bless the classroom, strengthen our school community, and build lasting relationships with other FRCS families.
