The FRCS annual fundraiser, You Matter Gala on Friday, March 7th, 2025 and we are looking for volunteers to assist at the event! Volunteers who sign up to help from 4-11pm will receive a free ticket to the event ($75 value).
Volunteer Needs
Volunteers will help with:
- Silent auction item set up and organization
- Event greeters and event registrationAssisting caterers
- Ushering guests in the main hall
- Assist with event check out
- Event clean up
- & more
Volunteer Expectations
- Volunteers are encouraged to attend an event Volunteer Meeting on Thursday, February 28th, 1:00pm-2:00pm in the Admin Conference room.
- This is a wonderful way to enjoy the event without having to purchase a ticket! Volunteer as a team or independently.
- No previous experience is necessary.
- Some volunteer roles may require use of a provided iPad (training available at event).
- Adults only (no students).
- Attire is cocktail attire. Wear comfortable shoes.
