You Matter Gala – Silent Auction Volunteer Opportunity

We are looking for volunteers to support the You Matter Gala Silent Auction by helping with donation outreach. This role is perfect for those who enjoy connecting with others and helping secure items that make our auction a success.
Silent Auction Volunteers will assist by:

Reaching out to local businesses, organizations, and personal contacts

Requesting donated items, services, or experiences for the silent auction

Sharing basic information about the You Matter Gala and its mission
This role does not require event-day attendance and can be done on a flexible schedule leading up to April 11. I will help you enter in your hours if you need to. Otherwise, you can input them as you go along.
Your outreach directly impacts the success of the gala and helps further the mission behind the You Matter event. If you enjoy building relationships and supporting a meaningful cause, this is a great way to get involved. ALL AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED TO START MAKING BASKETS BY MARCH 11th
